What data we process
We only process the data we need for the respective purpose:
- Visiting the website: technical access data (e.g. IP address, browser, time) to provide the website securely. For visitor statistics we use anonymised measurement without cookies and without recognising individual people.
- Contact form and booking: name, e-mail, company, company size, your request and the chosen time slot, to answer your inquiry and hold the intro call.
- E-mail and business relationship: the information you share with us, to communicate with you and deliver agreed services.
Recipients and processing abroad
To run our business we use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and visitor statistics
- E-mail and office software
- Appointment booking
- where applicable, AI services for handling inquiries, without your data being used to train AI models
These providers may also process data in the EU and the USA. For countries without adequate data protection, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose or required by law (e.g. 10 years for business records).
Your rights
You can request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us at hello@ivoworks.ch.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Data processed for clients
Where we process personal data on behalf of clients as part of an engagement, this is governed by a separate data processing agreement. This policy does not apply to it.
